Welcome to Maroubra Bay Public School.
With over 310 students, we are a dynamic school but with a strong community presence. Our core values of Respect, Responsibility and Caring reflect the attitudes and beliefs of our students, staff and community.
The school has high expectations of all our students in academic studies and support all students to achieve their personal best. Long standing programs exist for students that require extra support, and opportunities exist for students to excel in a number of fields.
Maroubra Bay Public School has a number of quality extra curricular programs that students continue to enjoy and excel at. Fantastic and inclusive Dancing and Class Garden programs provide opportunities for all students to tap into their creative sides and step into the outdoors. These programs are highly valued by all our community.
In 2021-2024, Maroubra Bay Public School has three strategic directions:
- Student growth and attainment
- Student, staff and community wellbeing
- Quality Teaching
More information on these directions can be found in our school plan, located in the School Planning and Reporting tab.
Maroubra Bay Public School has a dedicated and experienced staff of over 25 full time and part time professionals, including 13 class teachers and 3 Assistant Principals, learning and support staff, librarians, English as Another Language or Dialect (EAL/D) staff and an experienced administration team.
Overlooking the eastern beaches of Sydney with wide open and green spaces, we welcome you to our own patch of learning paradise. Come on over for a visit.
