Is your child starting Kindergarten in 2022?
We are looking forward to meeting our new famililes to start their 2022 Kindergarten learning journey.
With health restrictions we have had to amend our plans for transition in 2021.
27 April - Parent Information Session 1 - 6pm-7pm

25 May - Term 2 Open Day
Bring your preschooler along for the morning. They can sit in with our current Kindergarten students and watch and follow what they do. A morning full of fun.
19 October Parent Information Session 2 - 7pm-8pm
Information session for parents about starting Kindergarten at Maroubra Bay, we will discuss what transition will look like in 2021 and answer any of your questions.

25 November Orientation session 9.15am-10.15am
Parents will be asked to sign students in at Gate 1 and say a quick goodbye, teachers will be walking students into the Kindergarten room for some fun activities.
If your child has additional needs and you need to be onsite please email the school.
All students will be at Gate 1 ready for pick up at 10.15am.
If you haven’t already picked up the transition pack, it will be available on the day.
1 February, 2 February, 3 February 2022 Best Start Information
All Kindergarten students are invited to attend on one day this week for their Best Start assessment and orientation. Students will start at 9.20am from Gate 1 and be picked up from Gate 1 at 2.30pm on their day.

4 February 2022 Start of Kindergarten
All Kindergarten students to start the new year. School starts at 9am, with entry from 8.30am at Gate 1. School finished each day at 2.55pm from Gate 1.
Parent Interviews
Starting in August 2021, interviews will be held on the phone with the Assistant Principal. Parents and carers will be contacted to make these appointments.
New families to the school will be prioritised. This will be followed by any sibling with additional needs.
Parents and carers can contact the school on 9349 1569 between Monday and Wednesday to discuss these interviews.
